During the CELPIP Reading Test, focus on the words that you do understand, instead of the ones you don't.

Reading more than one word or phrase a few times throughout your reading passage? It could be a key word! Make a note of such words as they could help you answer questions later.

Dear Alex,

I hope this email finds you well! I’m writing with some exciting news – after months of searching, I’ve finally found the perfect location for our new café. It’s a charming space right in the heart of Gastown with exposed brick walls and large windows. The landlord is offering a great deal since the building needs some renovations, but I think it’s worth the effort.

As you know, my cousin Liam is an architect who specializes in heritage buildings. He’s agreed to help us redesign the space at a family discount!
