Over four Fridays in June, University of Toronto Engineering students will have an opportunity to explore new angles of leadership, and to forge their own unique leadership pathways through outdoor learning. The program is for students who hesitate to claim a 'leadership identity’.

Khadija Rana has been recognized with the 2022 Troost ILead Difference Maker Award, for her compassion in action. “The skills you apply in engineering and caregiving are not so different,” she says. “In both, I’m listening to people and being present for them. You have to hear someone else’s story and be willing to take action to address that need.”
