National Day For Truth and Reconciliation 🧡

September 30 is also known as Orange Shirt Day, which grew out of Phyllis (Jack) Webstad’s story of having her new orange shirt taken from her on her first day of residential school. We encourage everyone to wear orange and take time to learn, reflect, and take part.

📣 JOIN OCAD’S STUDENT STRIKING COALITION: HAVE YOUR SAY!

If you care about what happens next, your voice needs to be part of the decision-making.

The Governing Strike Body is a democratically run coalition of students making decisions about OSAP actions and student striking. It brings together students who want to be involved, organize, and help shape what happens next.

Members will participate in strike assemblies and general meetings and help make decisions about funding, tactics, dates, actions, and more.

This is your opportunity to get involved and have a say in the direction of student organizing at OCAD.

If you want to be part of these decisions, join the coalition.
