What a night. Team Ontario walked into Opening Ceremonies as the largest delegation at the 2026 National Summer Games, and the energy was unforgettable. From the roar of our supporters in the stands to powerful speeches, incredible performances, and pure celebration, this was a moment our athletes will carry with them forever.

There's nothing quite like the buzz of Team Ontario stepping off the bus for the first time — bags dropped, uniforms on, and that unmistakable mix of nerves and excitement as it hits everyone that the Games are actually here. New teammates becoming friends before the first whistle even blows, coaches doing headcounts with big smiles, and athletes soaking in a new city that's about to become home for a week.
