LoV was started by a collection of students at Victoria College @ the University of Toronto that share a passion for longboarding. We started LoV in order to spread the stoke and teach as many people as possible. Hello everyone! A couple of the execs will be longboarding around Vic on Thursday! We'll be outside the Vusac office at 1, and we'll be practicing longboarding with you guys for an hour or so. We'll be having lunch after that, and then head to lakeshore for a more awesome experience, with smoother, longer and safer roads! :D Longboarding around Vic and Lakeshore is very safe from traffic, and we'll provide helmets for you guys, so please come out! An event will be posted today where you can RSVP :)
Hey guys! So the weather is (kinda) getting more stable. All of the LoV execs are super excited to ride with you this summer, and we're already planning some trips. But first, we gotta make sure you're ready for it, so if any of you wants a board to practice on for a couple hours, please message me and we'll set something up! I'll be there with you the whole time, and we'll chose a safe place on a dry and warm day :) I have a feeling that our first trip is gonna be next week (if we find a dry day), so let's get you guys ready! - Mahmoud

This is one of my favorite Longboarding videos... It's not extremely impressive as some other performances out there, but it's the most inspiring for me: it shows me that there's no limit to how much fun I can have while simply cruising! There's always another trick that I can entertain myself with while heading to a destination, I can always try a different board in a different weather on a different terrain, and there's always a different type of footwear that I can try longboarding with ;D //Mahmoud

LoV's grand launch was a success! Over 50+ people showed up, and for that, we are grateful. Thank you to every one who came out and longboarded with us! We had a great time!

As summer draws to a close, we look back and reflect on all the good times, memories, sessions and look forward to the cooler weather that’s around the corner.
For those of you who incessantly ask "When do ya'll meet?! When can I start longboarding with ya'll?!" each time you see any one of the execs... Well, compadres. Wonder no more... We're going to be having a LoV grand launch event soon, details TBA.
In the meantime, be excited, guys. Be very excited. This is going to be one hell of a ride.
