To kick off the school year, we are throwing back to one of our oldest Bialik photos — taken in our 1961 Kindergarten class to be exact! Times sure have changed but the Bialik ruach is as vibrant as ever

to the Class of 2019 when they were just little ones celebrating Sukkot together in Grade 1. While we are missing our school Sukkah, we have been having a great time celebrating the holiday in our classrooms.

Kol Hakavod to alum Mike Katchen'01, recently named one of Toronto Life 2020 Influentials. While he has achieved great success as the CEO and co-founder of Wealthsimple and has received a slew of awards, we are so proud that the article mentioned his dedication to Tzedakah. What a mensch!

Before Queen's University came calling to sign Devon Eisen'17 to their Women's Soccer program, she showed off her hard work and fancy footwork as a Bialik Bear. Here she is (on the left) after winning the JDSSL Tournament with her teammates in 2015. Devon will join Queen's University Women’s Soccer as an Attacking Midfielder — Kol Hakavod on this exciting achievement!

to Issy Wunder'17, who is taking her skating skills from Bialik to the Princeton Hockey team!

Issy says: "I committed to the Princeton hockey team after visiting the campus with my mom, meeting the coaches and falling in love with the small town and sense of community in Princeton. I was always drawn to the successful hockey program and rich history of Princeton sports, but the high level of academics and beautiful setting of the town really made my choice simple!"
