When a partner is angry with us, it can feel like the worst thing in the world. But anger means they still care about the relationship, that it matters to them to have you listen.

The worst thing is actually indifference. When they’ve given up. What’s sometimes called “Quiet Quitting.”

Don’t let your relationship deteriorate. Text me now at 416 420 0440 and let’s explore ways to make things better.

I'm still working by Zoom because a) clients find it more convenient and b) it's safer. I've become so used to it that I find it easy to provide helpful sessions this way!

What If We Treated Death Like Birth? 02/25/2020

This site is an awesome resource for those facing death, whether the death of a loved one or themselves, and grieving. Normalizing endings, like menopause and death, the way we have normalized birth and puberty, is better for all of us.

What If We Treated Death Like Birth? We would play shower games like 'I will remember you every time I …' We would prepare a death 'nursery.' There'd be a great playlist.
