Canadian dragon boat legend Jim Farintosh doesn’t skip a beat when asked what stuck with him most from his days: it was an inspirational math prof whose lessons shaped Jim's own approach as a high school teacher, his successful paddling career and the way he coached countless dragon boat competitors to international victory over the years.
