NEW YOU NEW HUE 40 day challenge starts Jan 11 ||

We are starting our 40 day online kundalini yoga challenge for a year of purpose, prosperity and personal victory in The Garden.

This numerological year of 7 (2+0+2+3) is an opportune time to work with the seventh light body: the aura. New You New Hue is designed to increase your vibrancy, magnetism, self-trust and the projective/protective qualities of your energetic field through specified daily kriyas and 31 min of the 8 chakra movement meditation “High Tech Kriya”. This meditation uses the mantra of victory “Rakhe Rakhenahar” for complete protection and removal of all obstacles to living your destiny.

MON-FRI // 7-8:15am est

SAT + SUN // 9-10:00am est

SUNDAY SANGAT CIRCLE // 10-11am est

118 BURRITOS ROLLED FOR THE HOMELESS ON SUNDAY!!! And a TON of clothes given away too 🙂 The energy that afternoon was so joyful and heart centred. I’m grateful to see so many people getting together to make a difference for those who need that difference today. Thank you to 3HO Toronto for the huge $$ 💰 support in this project. Thank you to all the 12 volunteers who came out to prep, roll, sort and distribute. Thank you to the Guru Ram Das Ashram Toronto and residents for letting us use their kitchen for this amazing seva (selfless service) to Angela Costa for the rolling paper for the burritos and to Attila Szanyi .mrkt for the coffee and tea!! And of course to Chris Dub my amazing organizing partner. We are planning on keeping this up so if you are interested to volunteer, donate food or clothing, money or your driving skills, please email me at [email protected] and we will put you on the mailing list to be kept in the loop on the next roll!!!

Your radiance is equal in proportion to how much you have realized God consciousness. And what is God consciousness? It is how much you can see God in All. The more you can see God in All, the more All can see God in you.

Be one with your soul. Do all you can to never loose sight of it! It is your soul that shines through you and nothing else. It is your soul that can recognize the other person is you because your soul and all souls are One. There is no greater truth than that. Live that truth and shine bright.

Love, Eva.
