OISA has partnered with the Indigenous Students Association of York University (ISAY) to host our second Lunch and Learn session this semester. The event will be held in-person on Wed, March 20, in the Helliwell Centre with this session’s theme being “Spring Feast”! Feasting gives us the opportunity to honour all those who have helped us, to feed them, and express our respect for what they have done for us. Feasting is also spoken of as the way we strengthen the life and spirit of our bodies.
Lunch will be catered and provided free of charge! Make sure to stay tuned for more information on our special guest for this event.
We also sincerely thank the Indigeneity in Teaching and Learning Fund (ITLF) for generously providing the necessary funding to host these events.
