Sunday, April 5th — Open Heart Full Moon Meditation (Online Only)
This month, the Open Heart facilitator is travelling, so their Full Moon Meditation will be held via Zoom only. An opportunity to join from wherever you are!

Letter from the President ~ A Reflection and Prayer for Peace
Dear friends,
As we hear so much heartbreaking news in the world, I felt moved to write a few lines about awakening human consciousness.

The Universe is the Divine Intelligence of Love.

We, as human beings, move from incarnation to incarnation to learn the purpose of conscious living: to live with love, compassion, and responsibility. Across the world’s religions and wisdom traditions, the deepest message is to awaken our conscience and to help one another with peace and love as we journey through life.

Yet what we witness today is the absence of that touch of Love and Intelligence; leaders who repeat the same painful chapters of history and humans who allow materialism, greed, selfishness, and over-identification with culture, nationality, and religion to cloud their vision and lose sight of our true nature and calling. Empires, kingdoms, presidents, and generals have come and gone, each leaving trails of destruction, while God, the Universe, Nature — by whatever name we call the Source — continues to wait patiently for our collective awakening.

We are called to be instruments of Love, not machines of war. We must awaken to see how much pain we create when we choose violence over love, service, and brotherhood.

Thought has energy, and energy manifests. May each thought arising in our minds, from ordinary individuals to those in positions of authority, help manifest the will of God: that the world may become a Garden of God.

Let us pray for all the disastrous and meaningless wars taking place in the world, and especially for those living in danger. May the Light of God, the Will of God, and the Love of God be in us all.
