Camp Gesher
Camp Gesher is a small Jewish overnight camp located in Cloyne, Ontario. We root our understandings of justice and change in Jewish values and tradition.
We are a progressive summer camp and year-round community creating vibrant Jewish life for children ages 7-18. Our unique participatory, youth-led model creates a lively, profound and empowering experience, where campers can be themselves, build community, and bring the change they want to see in the world.We aim to create a vibrant, inclusive environment for all expressions of Jewish life. We’re committed to a vision of Israel as a progressive and democratic society.

Yesterday we had an awesome Dora the Explorer themed special day!! Chanichimot engaged in exciting activities in the morning at camp and then explored Bon Echo with an awesome hike and swim time at Clay Beach!!

We just said goodbye to our first session campers 💔 we are already missing everyone and the fantastic memories we made including our Kupa trips this week to Perth and the Barking Goat Farm!!!

We have had an awesome past week at Gesher!! The Madatz (CITs) put on their very first rev day, the Tzofimot put on a fabulous minions inspired Oneg (play), we celebrated Disco Shabbat and had many awesome moments in between!!
We can’t wait to share some more photos from banquet and kupa day soon!
