Celebrating LMP's 25th anniversary this week. It's been quite a journey! Thanks to our many clients, supporters and especially colleagues who have made a quarter-century of work meaningful and enjoyable. A shout-out to Marianne Seaton, whose partnership made excellence a trademark in our work together. I also gained a lifelong close friend!

Excited to announce a new partnership (with a valued partner from my earliest days of consulting) with the Ontario Municipal Social Services Association (OMSSA). My business partner, Marianne Seaton, and I will be working closely with OMSSA to deliver our newest program, Client-Centric Strategies©. CCS is a virtual education program that addresses modern coaching and problem-solving practices in human services for working with people who may present multiple service challenges. It's competency-based, providing workplace tools for normalizing essential knowledge, skills and supporting behaviours and emphasizes evidence-based strategies for building relationships and working collaboratively to achieve desired results.
