Tyndale University is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Eugene Chan to Professor and Van Norman Chair of Business.
Dr. Chan was drawn to Tyndale by the camaraderie of shared faith and warmth of a tight knit community. “I’ve been teaching classes with over 100+ students for over a decade. The opportunity to get to know my students, to truly know their journey, and be able to support them [excites me most].”
As the newly established Professor and Van Norman Chair of Business at Tyndale University, Dr. Chan most looks forward to “the opportunity to grow the program in ways that align societal needs and God’s mission for all of us.”
🎉 Please join us in congratulating Dr. Chan as he begins this exciting new chapter at Tyndale University.

What can a Tyndale degree prepare you for? 🎓
For Natasha Daley (BA 2018), it helped shape a career in law.
“The knowledge and skills I gained at Tyndale provided me with a unique lens through which I now view the law.”
After graduating, Natasha was called to the Bar in 2023 and began serving as a Judicial Law Clerk with Ontario’s Ministry of the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Wherever God is calling you—law, business, ministry, counselling, education, the arts, or beyond—your journey starts with an education that develops both your skills and your character.
