A year ago today, IAESC and the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) announced a joint program approval pathway for Indigenous Institutes looking to offer Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma programs.
When Indigenous Institutes submit a program review application to IAESC to offer an ECE program, the application will be reviewed against standards that meet both IAESC and the CECE's program requirements. This helps to reduce administrative barriers and allows for graduates of the programs to be recognized by the College of Early Childhood Educators.
