Here’s what Mom really wants for Mother’s Day! Lots of lovely new art classes are starting this week that she’ll enjoy. We love how the kids in our After School Art Program reimagined these acrylic paintings from our Beginner Adult Classes. Using paper collage they really captured the composition, colours and the feel of each one. 🙌🏼Maybe they’re even a little bit more creative?! 😉

Every day, we celebrate the inspiring women in our Create Art Studio team and the strength, resilience, and grace of women everywhere.

Women like Hilma af Klimt, whose visionary creativity - blazing a trail at the beginning of the 20th century as one of the first abstract artists, exploring spirituality, science and femininity - was the inspiration for a large painting event we hosted last week for the incredible women in a large Toronto legal firm.

This International Women’s Day, and every day, we celebrate women who inspire and innovate, teach and lead, who dream and create, who break barriers, and who lift others as they rise.

That’s not a moon, it’s a space station”. This Friday’s Paint Night is all about a galaxy far, far away!
