Today I joined over 500 other teachers for to watch on Zoom. Thanks for the hour of your time! Now, where can I get one of your Shhhh fans? My school doesn’t have AC and I’d appreciate to be able to cool myself down while reminding students to shhhhh

Out with the old and in with the new.
I seriously just couldn’t wait to plant more. I need to get another Aerogarden because this thing is amazing! I have two tomatoe seed kits and the. I used four of the grow anything kits and used my own seeds. I added two Viking spinach and two echinacea flowers. All three types of plants will sprout in about 7-14 days, so I’ll be leaving them alone for a while. I also found four (but three are shown here) maple tree seedlings and I added them into the Aerogarden (swipe left) and three are still young and I placed them in the domes with the other seeds just so they have a healthy start and the one of them is on its own dangling in the area I lift up to fill up the water because it’s had about a week and a half to two weeks already in the Aerogarden system.
I’m hoping that I can grow some maple trees big and strong enough to be planted outside one day.

Almost three weeks growth. I also found a maple tree sprout Tuesday that was trying to grow in my front lawn. I took it in and placed it in the Aerogarden after cleaning it up from dirt. Its now growing new leaves. It’s exciting to see everything grow. 💚💚💚🌱🌱🌱

This pandemic of Covid19 is tough for everyone. I hope that you’re all safe and healthy, and if you’re feeling under the weather please take care of yourself. Health and happiness comes first.
As a way to create school community during this self isolation, my awesome school principal came up with the idea to tweet Self-Isolation Spirit Week!!! Everyday I’ll be posting my spirit week photos here and also sharing them with my admins to be tweeted over at on twitter
