Say NO to gifting Ontario's precious land to developers Tell the Ontario government NO to the proposed opening of endangered species habitat to gravel pit developers and NO to allowing sprawl developers access to more farms, forests and wetlands. Say NO to greedy developers who want to destroy our way of life for their short term profit.

Perhaps the Tide is Turning: I'm really happy to read Arianna Huffington's blog as she discusses her involvement with "Plan B" (not the morning after pill). Since plan A, (profits at any cost to people, the environment and the world isn't working so well), she and a group of business leaders from around the world are paving the way to showcase and discuss business leaders who understand that taking care of people and the planet is also good for business.

Researchers at Wayne State University found that people did better -- both speed-wise and accuracy-wise -- on brain functioning tests after just 20 minutes of Hatha yoga, compared with aerobic exercise.
