Read our latest newsletter post “From fear to aspiration: from aging to longevity.”
We need to change the branding and conversation from aging to longevity to change perception and mindset.
We need to decouple aging, the societal perception, from the biological aspect of aging and recognize that for a lot of people this brings a lot of diseases.
We need to decouple longevity from thinking it as about living forever or youthfulness and realize it is about living longer with health. Something we all want.
So why not actively work on having healthy longevity rather than speak of aging?

Happy Birthday 🧬🚀 to our founder who believes life is a gift and with healthy longevity we can make the most of it.
From fashion editor, to CEO of a consumer electronics company, and now a longevity advocate and entrepreneur, all she wants is more health for all to have the fortune of experiencing multiple lives within a lifetime.
For women in particular it is crucial to get on a preventive health practice.
👉Women live on average 5 years longer than men and yet these years are usually spent with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis.
👉Women also have to work longer as we accumulate almost a million less than men over our lifetime for retirement.
👉Women entrepreneur me and founders also only get 2% of funding capital so projects led by them get less funding or see the light of day.
👉 Due to gender bias research studies don’t include women in the cohorts and grant awards to study women’s health problems are disproportionally smaller.
👉 The news last week on reproductive rights and choice will have an adverse effect on women’s health, as usual mostly minorities and low income households.
With healthy longevity hopefully we can have the strength and energy to be an agent of change and see women aging healthier, with more capital, and independence.

Reminder that our subjective age (our perception of self and how old we feel) is as equally important for our health and well being as our biological age.
Like style and fashion, which have have no age limit, we should continue to grow and explore. One of never too old to be cool.
