Sananda Yoga, The Poetry of Yoga, is a comprehensive style of yoga, with the focus on yogic practice as a vehicle for the transformation of consciousness. Integrating traditional practices with a modern sensibility, Sananda Yoga teaches how to apply the ancient wisdoms of Yoga and Ayurveda to daily life. At Sananda, every yoga class is a unique experience - at times introspective, slow moving and gentle, at other times vigorous and exhilarating. The flow of each class is guided by the principle of bringing into harmonious balance all aspects of the self - body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Sananda Yoga connects us to the world by deepening our connection with ourselves, enabling us to become a living example of Peace in our interactions with others. Through this gesture of integration, we experience the true meaning of the word Yoga: Union with all that is, Self, Other, Nature and the Great Mystery of Life.

To India with Love ...... Registraton Closes Nov. 1

The Divine Dream Tour India

India is a country who's structure has been designed to awakening the Soul to the Love and Joy that is the truth of Life. These tender and beautiful experiences and adventures are bountiful each day I spend on this sacred land.

In Feb 2025 I am guiding a group of women through the ancient to the modern awakenings of Heart and Soul, in India with Halo Seronko my deep heart sister.

This journey is a dream come true . I have been leading pilgrimages to India since 2011. Each one has a new mood and different gift. This one is so close to my heart as we will be merging the Spiritual Arts of Yoga, Kriya , Meditation & Ayurveda with the Fine Arts of Dance , Song, Poetry and Festivals.

Every day will be a deep immersion into inner practice and outer inspiration.
