We had so much fun teaching the wonderful young gentleman of St. Michael's College School. We hosted a Cooking Club and it was so nice to see how many of these guys were into cooking and food! We can't wait to come back!

We had the absolute pleasure of teaching a group of youth some great baking skills in one of our boot camp-format classes. Thank you to Rolling Meadow Dairy for believing in what we do and for sponsoring this class! The students left our class armed with lots of baking skills that they can take with them for years to come!

We had the pleasure of teaching these amazing young adults from Villanova College all about how Leadership Skills transfer to the kitchen environment. They made baked Apple hand pies from scratch, in teams, and they were all really successful in the end with lots of great lessons learned! Way to go, guys!

We hosted 3 days of Boot Camps and the kids came out with some incredible skills that they can use at home! This was such a great group of kids! Thanks to all that attended!!

Day 2 of our Summer cooking Boot Camps is in the bag and the progress these kids are making is remarkable! Not only can you visibly see their confidence increasing as the hours pass, but it shows in their final products too. The youngest is 6 and We thought he would struggle and not be as confident because the average age is 10, but we were so wrong! He's focused and ambitious (his hand is the first one up when we ask about trying a new skill). This reminded us to never underestimate a child.
We kept cooking way past the end time - who are we to crush their enthusiasm, especially when it has to do with cooking! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Teaching these classes has been a real treat -- our kids don't listen to us at home so it's nice for a change! 😄

It was a full house at our first Day of Youth Cooking Boot Camps // Brunch Basics was on the agenda and the kids nailed the waffles + berry salsa and the potato hash, sausage and fried eggs. Everything was made from scratch by them and we couldn't be prouder of how well they did! So many new friendships were made and we are looking forward to the next few days!
