We continue our series of inventors with Latin American connections!

Roberto Landell was responsible, among many others, for the telauxiofono, caleofono, anematofono, teletiton and edifono. These laid the groundwork for sound amplification, wireless audio transmission, and purification of sound.

Next time you call your loved ones from your cellphone or listen to music with wireless headphones, thank this determined Brazilian inventor for his scientific contributions!
