💜🦷 A smile and a message that mean so much to us!

During our Muskoka outreach trip, we had the privilege of providing dental care and support to members of the community. Hearing directly from one of our patients reminds us exactly why these initiatives matter. 🫶✨

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust, kind words, and opportunity to help make oral healthcare more accessible. Every smile makes the journey worthwhile! 💜😁

🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡

On September 30, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day — a day to honour the children who never returned home, Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

Today is a time to listen, learn, reflect, and remember, while recognizing the lasting impacts of the residential school system on Indigenous Peoples across Canada. 🧡

Wearing orange represents our shared commitment to the message that Every Child Matters and reminds us of the importance of continuing the journey toward truth, healing, and reconciliation.

May we continue to educate ourselves, amplify Indigenous voices, and carry the meaning of this day with us beyond September 30. 🧡

🦷💜 Going Miles for Healthy Smiles!

At FilCan, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality oral healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. Since 2018, we have been dedicated to bringing dental professionals and volunteers together to make a meaningful difference in underserved communities. 🌎✨

Through free preventive dental care, oral health education, and hygiene kits, we strive to create healthier smiles and brighter futures for those who need it most! 🪥🤍

🌟 In 2025, we proudly provided over $220,000 worth of free dental services and oral hygiene kits, reaching more than 300 individuals through our outreach initiatives and community clinics!

None of this would be possible without the incredible dedication of our volunteers, dental professionals, and supporters. Thank you for helping us turn compassion into action! 🫶
