1) Test-taking is a set of skills that need to be learned and practiced.
2) Learning to learn requires a set of skills that need to be learned and practiced. Knowing your learning style is included here.
3) Stress is part of life. It's important to know a) what causes it; b) how it impacts your brain/body system personally; c) how it impacts your learning; d) strategies to manage it. 4) Understanding your age and brain development are important.
WE NEED TO BE CONSCIOUS OF THIS PROCESS TO BE CONFIDENT AND SUCCESSFUL LEARNERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF TODAY - STEP BACK TO GET THE BIG PICTURE. THEN MAKE A PLAN WITH WHICH TO MOVE FORWARD TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.
