Stephen Hawking's turns 70 but wasn't expected to live to 40.
His familly lived in London though with nightly air raids it was safer to stay in Oxford for his birth. Reports say he was an average elementary student he is today considered a true genius and Simpson's fan! His intellectual feats mirror his physical and emotional triumphs - fighting ALS since he was 21, he continues to work each day despite being confined to a wheelchair and speaking through a electronic voice box by twitching his right cheek.

People who become blind after birth can see images in their dreams. People who are born blind do not see any images, but have dreams equally vivid involving their other senses of sound, smell, touch and emotion.
