Slowing down…the antithesis to our current culture…
Physicians Committee “You have been told to push through menopause, but what if science offered more solutions than you have been given?
Dr. Hana Kahleova, endocrinologist and director of clinical research at the Physicians Committee, explains why menopause is not just a hormone story. As estrogen declines, insulin resistance rises leading to weight gain, hot flashes, fatigue, diabetes, and higher risks of heart disease.
In a randomized clinical trial, women following a low-fat plant-based diet with half a cup of soybeans daily reduced hot flashes by 88% and lost nearly 8 pounds in just 12 weeks.
This Women’s Health Month, your biology is not your destiny.”

“Go to for the Hair Loss Road Map so that you get the exact inside-out system I swear by including the products I swear by that will take your hair from snapping and/or shedding to silky smooth and thicker hair.
With the Hair Loss Roadmap’s 5-stop system...
❤️My patients stopped crying in the shower.
❤️They stopped avoiding mirrors.
❤️They stopped watching their hair circle the drain and wondered if this was just their life now.
🔥Trust me, there is hope, but it requires a system that works for your hair (and remember hair grows in cycles, so the sooner you implement this system, the better).
This is the exact external haircare system I use with my hypothyroid and anemic patients.”

Join the incredibly inspiring for a coaching experience for women with ADHD who want to better understand themselves and build a life that truly works for them.
“When I was diagnosed with ADHD in midlife, a lot of things started to click into place. With that came more self-compassion, more self-trust, and the freedom to stop comparing myself to how everyone else seemed to operate.
I stopped wasting so much energy trying to be someone I wasn’t.
I became way more intentional about where my energy went.
I felt more present in my relationships, more grounded in my work, and more connected to myself.” ~ Tara

Crows - remarkable beings that protect
“If you’ve ever wanted to befriend a murder of crows, it’s less dark magic and more quiet understanding (plus snacks).
Show up consistently. Same spot, same general time. Crows notice patterns, and they trust what’s predictable. Leave them offerings in a quiet part of your yard. Unsalted peanuts, dog kibble, an egg or the occasional shiny object. Think of it as a peace offering, not a bribe. You can take it a step further by getting a crow call and learning their feeding call.
Acknowledge them without staring. A little eye contact, then look away. It’s respectful. And make sure to be kind while they’re watching. They’re observant, social, and surprisingly invested in fairness.
Over time, they may follow you, warn you when something’s off, chase hawks away from your chickens, and leave small gifts that look ordinary but feel intentional. Not because they owe you anything, just because you showed up with patience and respect.
Becoming friends with the crows isn’t about being loud or powerful. It’s about paying attention, showing up gently, and earning trust in small, quiet ways.”
