Parents Engaged in Education

I have sent the following letter to the Minister of Education requesting that there be a dedicated week in November to recognize the value of parents in supporting their children’s education.

This request is to establish a PARENT ENGAGEMENT WEEK IN ONTARIO. This week can be devoted to celebrating the role parents have played, especially through the pandemic, provide resources and skill building opportunities in order that parents can be prepared to support their children in the event of another catastrophe that closes schools.
