The Italian Contemporary Film Festival has reached out to us for volunteers! Here is an opportunity for those looking to get involved in the community.

The Italian Contemporary Film Festival runs from June 1 to June 17. The children's festival runs from May 9 to May 14.

The Istituto Italiano di Cultura, in collaboration with Emilio Goggio Chair, presents an evening in memory of Umberto Eco, Italian novelist and philosopher who recently passed away.

Rocco Capozzi, Professor Emeritus; University of Toronto and longtime friend and expert on Eco, will lecture on "Umberto Eco. The witty living encyclopedia and acute observer that the world will miss".
