🎨 🌟 Our little artists have been on an amazing creative journey!

This month, we started exploring the wonderful world of famous artists, art history, art techniques and a variety of art mediums through hands-on discovery and play based learning.

The children have been inspired by the bold colours, unique styles, and creative stories of artists such as Tamara de Lempicka, Maud Lewis, Yayoi Kusama, Heni Matisse, Piet Mondrian, Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Claud Monet and Frida Kahlo.

From painting and collage to pattern-making, mixed media and texture exploration, our little artists have been learning how different artists express themselves in beautiful and imaginative ways!

We will continue our study and create our own masterpieces that will be on display at our upcoming centre wide Art Show in May! All funds raised will be donated to an amazing organization in our community called Keys to Inclusion!

We are all a little Irish on St. Patrick’s Day 🍀 Today we’re celebrating with lots of green, giggles and a little bit of magic! 💚 From fun crafts and silly games to stories about leprechauns and rainbows, our little learners are having a lucky day filled with smiles and creativity! We love creating joyful moments and special memories for your children everyday - today just has a little extra sparkle ✨ 🍀 🌈

Yesterday, was International Women’s Day and we can’t emphasize enough how important and valuable our Educators are to our everyday and across the sector. In this women dominated field, we are proud of the work and contributions we make to our families and communities. Supporting children’s milestones, taking care of their needs, exploring the world and learning alongside with them is why we do what we do.

It was quite the feat to get into our playgrounds but we got there and it was worth it!! Snow painting and just enjoying all the elements winter brings ❄️❤️ ❄️☃️

Due to worsening weather conditions, our centres and TDSB are closed tomorrow, Monday January 26,2026. City of Toronto has issued their second Major Snow Event Response Plan, as continuous plowing is currently happening. 30cm and counting! ❄️ Stay safe and cozy everyone! ❄️
