Worked for 5s

Diane followed Human Garage and me for about a year before she reached out and came to a class. She took that step when she was ready. ❤️

Is it your time to dig a little deeper into your own journey?

There will be ups and downs. You may feel like you’re getting it wrong. Keep listening to your body. Even the messy parts can help lead you home to yourself.

When you’re ready, choose yourself. ❤️

Two minutes. That’s all your nervous system needs🌿

This quick reset works the whole body head to toe: release the neck, unwind the shoulders, and settle the hips, so the stress you’re holding has somewhere to go. Follow along, breathe, and let it move.

You might feel warmth, a little lightness, even emotion. Let it all be welcome.

Then step outside and take a short walk to let it settle in 💛

Save this for the next time your shoulders creep up to your ears. And send it to someone who needs a breath today.

Your calves do more than help you move. When they contract, they help pump blood from your legs back toward your heart. 🫀

If circulation is on your mind, give your calves some attention. Try the movement in this reel and notice how your legs feel... You can watch the full video on my YouTube channel where we will also create some greater space around the neck

“Keep a stiff upper lip.”

How we’ve been trained throughout life can shape what we express and what we hold back in our bodies.

This is just one fascial maneuver to help you explore movement and expression. Want to try more? DM me to join a weekly class and I’ll give you half off your first one.

Take a walk and notice: are your hips helping move you forward? Can you feel your glutes joining in?

Watch how animals move in the wild. There’s so much to learn from the way their whole bodies move together.

Fascial maneuvers can help you unwind tension and reconnect with muscles that may not be joining in as much as they can.

Curious to explore how you move? DM me and I’ll get you into one of my 30-minute classes for $5.

I always look for the code. And so often, what I find with arms, hands and wrists, is armour🌿

Armour is blocking. It’s everything we brace against without realizing, and we hold so much of it in our arms and chest. But our arms lead straight to the heart, so when we release them, we open.

And here’s what I love: everything we have to handle, we hold in our hands, our wrists, our flexibility. When we work the hands and forearms, we’re reflexogenically and fascially working the legs too. The whole body is one connected story.

So this is your invitation to soften the guarding, open the heart, and receive.

Say it with me: “I no longer need to armor myself from receiving.” 💛

Where are you still holding your armour? Tell me in the comments.

I was diagnosed in 2017. I don’t always share this part of my journey, but it’s shaped everything about how I move and how I teach. I’m sharing this with you because we’ve all been through stuff in life. Instead of saying ‘what happened to me’, I like to say ‘what happened for me’. Thank the stuff that happened as it made you who you are.

What that season taught me wasn’t about the body I ended up with. It was about compassion. About finally learning to be gentle with myself instead of pushing, instead of proving.

That’s really what this practice is. Intentional fascial movement isn’t just about releasing tension in the body, it’s about listening to it. Meeting yourself with tenderness. Asking, honestly, what lights me up, and what quietly drains that light away, and then having the courage to follow the light.

Here’s what I’ve come to believe: when you feel more light in your life, the people around you feel it too. Your softness gives them permission to soften. Your healing ripples outward.

So this is me, choosing myself, again and again. And gently inviting you to do the same 💛

Where in your life could you offer yourself a little more compassion today? I’d love to hear your journey and I’m always here for you.

If you’d like to experience the magic of this work, DM me for 50% off your first class and let’s begin healing together🫶
