Throughout the three week program, dancers will have the opportunity to learn RAD Ballet and Limón Modern, participate in conditioning classes, and take our weekly “Surprise Wednesday” classes featuring special guests in a variety of styles designed to expand their dance education.

🌞 INTRODUCING - SUNDANCE ARTS for Ages 8-10. No audition required!!

This program is a special offering for younger artists, balancing high-quality training with summer fun. Ballet, modern, character, and musical theatre along side fun outdoor activities. From July 6th-18th. Can join for 1 or 2 weeks either or both.

2026 AUDITION DATES:
📌Ages 11-13 — Sunday February 22nd 12:00pm – 2:00pm
📌Ages 14-19 — Sunday March 1st 10:00am – 1:30pm

Note: There are NO FEES associated with participating in the audition process. Dancers do not need to be current SCCDT students to attend SunDance.

Have you signed up for your Rambert Examination yet?

If not then we have some great news: SCCDT is extending the deadline until January 24th!

Rambert Grades Contemporary dance classes offer a balanced blend of technical exercise’s and performance opportunities. Rambert utilizes centre, floor work and travelling sequences to help spark your creativity and expression!

Helen Cox, one of our very own talented teachers, is an ambassador in Canada for Rambert newly developed material! Helen is bringing it alive within our facility’s walls as she educates us on Rambert technique and innovative holistic approach to dance.

The SCDDT is currently offering Rambert in:
•Tuesday- Modern 1 and Modern 2
•Teen Contemporary
•Accelerated Training Program
