Update: We used to be Toronto s first and longest kiz social from 2013 to March 2020. Post pandemic, many things have transformed:
From June to October, I teach int/adv urban kiz at Sugar Beach Tuesday evenings. (Beginners possibly coming too). I host monthly summer indoor workshops on dance technique, and weekly fall intensives.
I ll be using all kinds of modalities lending themselves to wellbeing, and emphasis on self connection: Brain gym, Breathwork, Yoga concepts, creative play, body awareness like balance, tapping, body talk.
My lessons are therefore 2 hrs, plus a practice included afterwards. In fall and winter Im focusing on offering sound healing and functional patterns retreats with experts from Vancouver. Weee!

Sunday Kizomba Social
At GOdanz, we are a dance school, community builders, event organizers and dance promoters. We are open most Sundays-check schedule. Free street parking!
The Sunday Kizomba Social has moved to a new location CDC Studios. 7-11pm
