📢 ICYMI: This Wednesday TMSU members joined fellow students and workers at Queen’s Park to stand up for our right to accessible education.
Since the Ont. Government’s February announcement of drastic OSAP cuts and tuition hikes, students came together to educate their communities and plan for action.
We’re so happy to work with and .gsu on organizing the TMU community! Shoutout to .toronto and for mobilizing students across Toronto’s campuses and to .market for providing soup for our pre-rally attendees.
🚨 But our work isn’t over. 🚨
Until Premier Doug Ford and MCURES properly address the concerns of students and workers against attacks on their education access — including OSAP cuts, tuition fee raises, AND the incoming impacts of Bill 33 we will continue to educate, organize and mobilize!
📢🚨The next rally at Queen’s Park is March 24, at 1:30 PM. Follow for more details.
Stay tuned with your students’ union for more updates and info on actionable steps toward accessible education. WE WILL WIN!
