We celebrated the end of the 2025-26 school year this afternoon at the Junior School Closing Ceremony! We heard steel pan performances from our Grade 5s and several songs from Junior School students. During the ceremony, the Dovigi Kindness Award was presented, the Junior School House Banner was awarded to Kate Leonard House, and students thanked their parents, teachers, and the Junior School Prefects for a great year. Congrats to all of our Junior School students on a fantastic year!

We celebrated our Grade 8 students and the incredible journey they've had through our distinctive Middle School program at our Celebrate Grade 8 event on Friday! Designed specifically for this remarkable stage of growth, our Middle School helps students discover new strengths, build confidence, and develop as leaders. Supported by dedicated faculty, the Class of 2030 has challenged themselves through academics, the arts, athletics, leadership opportunities, and our Ivy and Marguerite Certificate program. We're incredibly proud of these students and know that they're ready to enter our Senior School with confidence, curiosity, compassion, and courage. Congrats, Class of 2030!

For the last day of French class today, Grade 7s prepared small group picnics to enjoy with their friends. As you can see, some went all out with their themes, decorations, and homemade treats, alongside cheese, charcuterie, baguettes, sparkling juice, and more. It was a beautiful day in South Quad to celebrate the end of the year together!

Our Middle School Service Day on Wednesday was the culmination of a year-long Form Programming project focused on empathy building. Grade 8 students matched with community organizations based on their personal interests and skill sets. They spent the day planting clover for a pollinator garden, designing cards for seniors, teaching music to children with developmental disabilities, sorting food and clothing at local organizations, and connecting deeply with residents of a seniors' home. Seeing our students bring their year of empathy building to life in the real world was truly inspiring!
