We found a difference in outcomes for Latin American children compared to their White counterparts in child welfare investigations. Rates per 1000 children show concerning gaps in placement, transfer to ongoing services and substantiation.

Last week the RCYP team had the opportunity to present at the 9th Regional Social Work Conference On Human Mobility in Honduras 🌎!
Our team presented on various themes, ranging from violence against migrant women, the experiences of children and youth migration, and the journeys of rootedness of Guatemalan youth migrants in the United States.
We would like to thank the School of Social Work at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH) for hosting us and making this conference a success🎉!
