What a Saturday!
Sandan training early this morning, followed by children’s coloured belt graduations and congratulations to Zoey Chen for competing at the Oshawa Open today. She won her first match 10-0 and lost her second match taking home silver. Congratulations to everyone!! Celebrate today and get back to work again tomorrow. Ossu 🙇♀️

Lifelong friendships are built in the dojo, but they don’t always start with a big moment. They start with something as simple as welcoming a nervous new student into class or sharing a reassuring smile when a move gets tough. These small gestures turn strangers into dojomates, and dojomates into family. We are a o grateful for the community we’ve built together. 🥋❤️
