Founded in 1978, The Listening Centre in Toronto uses a listening training program of sound stimulation and counseling based on the work of Dr. A Tomatis.

With great sadness we have learned that Peter Nowik has passed away. 🕊

Peter joined our team in 1998 as our technical consultant. He took great pride in his work and loved the challenge of solving problems. He was a talented and clever man.

He was passionate about music and often played his guitar at our staff functions. One of his favorites was “House of the Rising Sun”. He also did a great Elvis impression.

Peter loved to ride his bike in the early mornings in High Park and found joy in photographing nature in all seasons.

We are going to miss his quirky stories that were full of wit and humor.

RIP Peter
