It is with a very heavy heart that I announce to our Facebook followers, Archway Montessori School will be closing down as of June 21, 2023. Our lease expires and the space we are currently in is being demolished to make space for affordable housing. For those asking, we have not managed to secure another space, unfortunately!
The last 13 years have been a roller coaster ride of sorts. We survived the implementation of FDK, we struggled with keeping our center full, we survived two years of the pandemic and now here we are!
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all our families over the years who trusted us with the care of their children. Suffice it to say, we cared for all our students like they were our own and we managed to build relationships with some of our families that have stood the test of time. Thank you!
Who knows what the future holds? Maybe we'll come back with another center and hope that you'll join us.
I'd also like to thank my staff who have stood by me, through thick and thin, who took care of things in my absence, who worked hard, and who showed up every day - caring, committed, loving, with a smile on their face, ready to make a difference! I've said this before and I'll say it again - without you, I wouldn't have been able to do it!
I wish every one of you all the very best! Take care of yourselves and keep in touch!
