Not all signs of deception are visible, some are heard.

Subtle changes in tone, pitch, pace, and hesitation can reveal more than words alone. Our voices often carry emotional information we don’t intend to share, especially under stress or when trying to conceal the truth.

Understanding these vocal cues doesn’t mean jumping to conclusions, but it can help you ask better questions, listen more closely, and respond with greater awareness.
