What's the craziest thing that has happened to you in a MUN committee?

At my first conference, we had a running joke about "ships". It started with the Dominican Republic delegate saying "there are big ships, there are little ships but most importantly there are partnerships" when presenting a resolution. It kept coming up again throughout the day, including someone saying "there are also hardships". The director even closed the committee by typing "sinking ship!"

"One of the terrorist groups - I think it was Boko Haram - had us all at gunpoint. What do you like to do in your spare time/what are your interests?

“Well, when I do get an occasional bit of free time, you will almost always find me at the local Rock n' Roll concert. I am also super busy with theater, between stage managing and acting it gets pretty hectic. Besides that, I can also get caught in the depths of YouTube, Buzzfeed and online shopping.”
