Women in Leadership and Business Conference

Women in Leadership and Business Conference The Women in Leadership and Business Conference. We’ve been doing this for over 8 years.

Whether you are well into your career, starting your own business, or are in the process of finishing school – we are all stronger as leaders when we come together to support each other. Our mission is to empower women leaders of all ages by building supportive, collaborative communities that encourage them to reach their full potential. When women flourish, we are transforming businesses, lives, and communities, thus making the world a better place. We bring together experienced leaders together with the leaders of tomorrow, by providing an intimate and warm forum via the conferences and an online platform to ensure the collaboration and learning continues well into the year. We are building stronger connections between members or attendees with programming that is varied, topical and immediately useful. We are so lucky to be able to partner with extraordinary people, sponsors, and speakers who do meaningful work that has a tangible impact on the lives of individuals in Canada and all over the world. And we aspire to make extraordinary things possible for each other, for our attendees, sponsors, communities, and for you. And we're just as passionate about it today as when we founded the company in 2009.
