🚀 NEXT 36 is for students and recent graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset. Whether you’re starting with an idea or already building an early-stage venture, the eight-month program teaches you the core skills necessary to build any business from the ground up while supplementing that learning with tailored guidance from mentors, industry professionals and other founders.

🤖 NEXT AI is for early-stage entrepreneurs building AI-enabled solutions to solve global challenges. It builds upon the Next 36 experience by including dedicated workshops and lectures from leading AI professors and industry professionals in addition to a dedicated scientist in residence. The program combines world-class business education with all the resources you need to accelerate the commercialization of your AI enabled business.

NEXT Canada was built with the clear and deliberate intent of building a stronger and more prosperous future for Canada. The founding visionaries behind NEXT shaped NEXT from their experiences achieving the highest echelons of entrepreneurial, investment, and academic success.

Meet Reza Satchu, the Founding Chairman of NEXT Canada, and Ajay Agrawal, the Academic Director of NEXT Canada.

Reza is the embodiment of the entrepreneurial journey. He co-founded and scaled three companies which each exited between $100 million and over $900 million. He brings his high stakes entrepreneurial experience to NEXT, in addition to the Harvard Business School, through his courses on The Founder Mindset. Additionally, he is the host of the recently launched podcast “The Founder Mindset with Reza Satchu.” At NEXT, he ensures that founders inherit the DNA of resilience, long-term thinking, and audacious ex*****on.

Ajay Agrawal is the academic architect who turns bold ideas into scalable realities. He is the Professor, Geoffrey Taber Chair in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Toronto and is a globally recognized authority on the economics of AI. In addition to founding the Creative Destruction Lab (which has become a launchpad for AI-driven ventures worldwide), he is a co-author of Power and Prediction, The Economics of Artificial Intelligence, and the bestseller Prediction Machines. At NEXT, Ajay ensures that our programming is grounded in rigorous research while being relentlessly forward-looking.
