β° Semi-Private Training is designed to give you personalized fitness in a fun and motivating group setting! π―
Whatβs new?
Our session times have shifted earlier in the day to better fit your schedules while still giving you the same focused coaching and supportive group energy.
How it works:
π 4-week sessions running on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
β± 1.5-hour sessions
β’ Monday & Thursday: 5:00 PM β 6:30 PM
β’ Wednesday: 4:00 PM β 5:30 PM
π₯ Only 4 people per time slot β the perfect balance of individual attention and group motivation!
What youβll get:
π― 30-minute consultation before we start (just like the 6-Week Challenge) to set you up for success. This must be completed before your first session.
π₯ Customized workouts tailored to your goals (with similar programming across the group)
π Weekly consistency β same time, same crew, once a week to keep everyone accountable and progressing
Important:
If a session is missed, it will be counted as missed β this keeps things fair and ensures everyone can fully commit! π―
