I had the wonderful opportunity to develop a fun and interesting game called Island Rescue for a grade 4 class.
Picture this: You've just been shipwrecked on an island and you need to be rescued. But you only have 9 items with you, such as a flashlight, a mirror, and a karaoke machine.
How do you make use of light and sound using these items, along with your environment to signal a ship or a plane?
There was definitely a LOT of conversations between the groups of students!

Working on a game to help students understand who our community helpers are and what they do. Community Helpers to the Rescue allows students to collect fire fighters, police officers, and others, go on missions, and earn hero points!
