Active Minds is a nonprofit organization dedicated to utilizing the student voice to change the conversation about mental health on college campuses. Headquartered in Washington, DC, the focus is to develop and support chapters of student-run mental health awareness groups on campuses across North America. The York U chapter of Active Minds is a rapidly growing network of students who are passionate about building a supportive and healthy community on our campus.
