Everyone is hunting for the formula that will make audition anxiety disappear. There isn’t one.
The way through is to stop treating the audition like a test you have to pass. Find something human in the work worth exploring. Walk in with something to give.

Of course you want to book it. But the work itself has to be a win too. 💙
