PHOTO CONTEST RULES
Below are the rules regulating the photo contest organized by the Intercultural Dialogue Institute.
- The last day for submissions is March 21st 2014, at 11:59PM
- The contest is open to all current Uof T undergraduate and graduate students.
- Submitted photographs must depict any one of the three campuses.
- Images of locations outside of the UofT Campuses will be disqualified.
- The submitted photos must be related to the theme provided.
- All photos MUST be labelled in the following format in order to be accepted:
- Format: LastName.FirstName.StudentNumber.jpeg
- Example: Smith.John.997698 # # #.jpeg
- Please note that by entering this competition you are consenting to future use of your photographs by IDI UofT and any other third party institution that it sees fit.
- Photos may not be altered with any filters other than Sepia and B/W.
- Photos that have been altered in any other way will be immediately disqualified.
- All Submissions must be made electronically, and emailed to [email protected]
- There is no minimum or maximum resolution requirement, but the photo must be able to an appropriate size to fit an email attachment.
- You may not use third party attachment software to send your submissions such as Drop Box or We Transfer.
- UofT IDI reserves the right to make final decisions on any contest related issues including submitted photographs.
- Photos must not contain any inappropriate scenes, such as graphic, lewd and otherwise inappropriate content.
- All submitted content are subject to analysis for plagiarized work.
- Please obey all laws and local regulations while taking photographs.
