As Yom Kippur approaches, we want to wish our entire school community a peaceful, meaningful fast and a Gmar Chatimah Tova—may you be sealed in the Book of Life for a good and healthy year ahead.

Wishing you and your loved ones a safe and meaningful Yom Kippur and a warm Shabbat Shalom.

Week 1 ✅

Renewal has been very much in the air at MJDS this week. In just these past few days, the school has quickly come alive again with familiar routines, new friendships, big smiles, and the energy of a fresh beginning. We return to familiar classrooms and traditions, but we do not return as exactly the same people. Our students are a little older, ready for new challenges and responsibilities, and already beginning to discover what this new year might hold.

We warmly welcome all of the students and families who are joining MJDS for the first time and look forward to the perspectives, experiences, and relationships they will add to our community.

Watch two pairs of tiny hands transform our Toddler room into a serene workshop of focused discovery and blooming independence. Through the simple magic of the wooden tool kit, our curious explorers refine their fine motor precision and spatial reasoning with every deliberate turn of a bolt. Here, intentional design sparks natural curiosity, nurturing the confident and self-directed thinkers of tomorrow.
