Products

mrc|consulting provides a range of services to meet your needs. These services include:

Governance and Strategic Planning: Good governance and planning is critical to your organization’s success. Whether you need someone to develop your board manual, help a board retreat or develop a comprehensive strategic plan, I can help.

Management Services: Is your organization experiencing growing pains or a transition in leadership? I can assist by providing training and support to your leadership team. I can also provide interim management.

Organizational Policy Development: Organizations operate in a complicated environment which requires them to have extensive policies in place. Whether you are starting from scratch or need to review your policy framework I can help.

Organization and Program Review: Everyone is so busy carrying out important work to meet their mission that there is little time left to conduct organizational, departmental or program reviews. I can design a review at all levels of your organization so that you can continue to focus on your important work.

Human Resources and Leadership Development: In today’s fast-paced, goal-driven environment it is more important than ever to invest in staff and volunteers. Do you need help with coaching, training or team facilitation?
Grant and Writing: Resource development is critical for most organizations yet many do not have dedicated staff to pull together grant proposals with all the other daily demands.

Community Consultation and Group Facilitation: Is a needs assessment necessary to inform your organizational planning? Do you need help engaging with clients, service users or other stakeholders? I can design an assessment, engagement plan or simply facilitate a discussion.
