Hey VP,
Looking to find resources to support your mental health and well-being? Join the Mental Health Google Classroom run by our school's Social Worker, Elise Morson, and Child and Youth Worker, Nabiha Rattansi!
They have been working on a Google Classroom focused on mental health and well-being to share with all students, and are happy to share "The Den" with the VPCI student community. This classroom will house various community and mental health resources currently available for students to access along with some information on various topics. They will also be hosting weekly virtual drop-in sessions on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 2:00pm for students who would like to pop-in to ask a question confidentially or receive support without a referral.

Hey VP, here are some tips for unwinding over the March Break:
1. Have a good night’s sleep
Holidays are about the only time a good eight hours’ sleep is a real possibility. Don’t sleep late in the morning: getting up early and doing stuff feels better than a long lie.
2. Consciously limit your phone-time
Switch phones off as much as you can, check emails once a day only (if you must), disable all non-essential apps.
3. Put some exercise into every day
Follow your regular exercise routine on holiday: early morning runs are amazing.
